Thank you for your interest in our offer. SIMSERWIS HOUSE was built in 2017.
We have 11 comfortable rooms, each room is equipped and ready for your accommodation. We have 2 double rooms, 5 triple rooms, 2 quadruple rooms and two five-bed rooms.
At our guests' disposal there are 2 kitchens, 2 dining rooms, cloakroom, laundry, drying room, 4 showers and 3 toilets.
All rooms have balcony windows and some have access to the terrace.
The building is located with a well-connected place, just off the public road, vis-à-vis ZKM bus stops.
By bus, you can get directly to Rumia or Gdynia Chylonia.
Łężyce lies in the buffer zone of the Tri-City Landscape Park, in the immediate vicinity we have beautiful forest areas.
SIMSERWIS HOUSE is a great base for visiting the Tri-City, recreation on the beaches but also because of its well-connected position is a good base for people working in the Tri-City area.
An additional advantage is the large parking lot and garden, all fenced and protected.
